About The Organization
GBDC Entrepreneurship Institute is a 501c 3 organization specializing in services for Small Businesses, Entrepreneurs, Non Profits and the Public Sectors. We provide technical assistance, business training and workshops, staff training, development incubation services and youth empowerment programs . We provide support for organizations at every stage of the business cycle: from idea feasibility through start-up, growth and expansion.
The GBDCEI has worked to develop, guide and support organizations, small businesses and entrepreneurs. During that time, we have discovered that the mentality and approach towards entrepreneurship is flawed.

The majority of the individuals encountered and the main stream media views the skills of the successful entrepreneur to be innate and a “magic” that one is born with.
The GBDCEI strongly disagrees with this thought process. The skills that are required to be a successful entrepreneur can be learned through a series of programs; one on one coaching, technical assistance and with incubation, we assist clients in creating a competitive advantage.

Annette Gray is an established Business Management and Economic Development Specialist, an international keynote speaker and business trainer. She is the Founder and President of GBDC Entrepreneurship Institute 501© (3).
She is also currently a Commissioner on The Palm Beach County Advisor Commission on the Status of Women and the former Chairperson of the Delray Beach (CRA) and the former Vice-Chair of the Delray Beach Marketing Cooperative (DBMC).
Prior to entrepreneurship, she led and managed teams at Fortune 500 Companies, such as MBNA America Bank and government entities such as the City of Boynton Beach CRA and West Palm Beach DDA. She has over twenty years of experience in marketing, economic development and strategic planning in the private and public sectors. Her business ownership over the last fifteen years has provided her with a diverse insight into the many aspects of how to run a successful business and has enabled her to speak from experience on a wide variety of topics.

Annette combines action learning and experiential learning as a training and problem solving tools. She relies on her strong belief in emotional intelligence to deliver client goals on time and most times under budget. When she is not working she can be found sampling foods and wines of many cultures ( A self-proclaimed foodie) and then running marathons to burn it off and start all over again.

Rosa White has an extensive background as a Business Analyst. Rosa has worked with companies such as Hewlett Packet and Cox Business. She attended Middle Georgia University. Her background also includes project management of medium to large corporate business accounts. She is passionate about serving and working in the community. Rosa’s passion for her family is matched by her love for bringing people to a healthier lifestyle. She is a Certified Fitness instructor and teaches classes part-time. Additionally, she is involved in a mentoring program, that coaches and encourages young ladies, to set goals and pursue their dreams.
Director of Programing
Jacquelyn is an alumni of Lincoln University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Therapeutic Recreation. Jacquelyn has over 14+ years of professional experience in Federal Government contracts, Procurement, AR, AP, Vendor Management, Administrative services, Subcontract Labor, Invoicing and Finance under Dell Federal services.
In addition, she has over 20 years’ experience in the Medical professional field, servicing Medical Marketing, Administration, Insurance Authorizations, Billing, Scheduling, Cancer patient services and expenses under several medical organizations. Jacqulynis the mother of two beautiful girls and enjoys playing volley ball and coaching her daughter’s volleyball team.
