Evidenced-Based Program G.B.D.C.E.I. will incorporate Edu-play, experiential learning with nationally recognized evidence-based program to address the impact of Covid-19 on Boynton Beach youth below the poverty level who, due to the Pandemic, cannot compete or qualify for college or the job market.
THEATRICAL MOTION PROGRAM
Provides a platform for youth to express emotions leading to mental anguish.
The Theatrical Fusion Program addresses the A in STEAM Education. Theatrical Fusion uses Edu-tainment to address social change. The children/young adults writes and performs skits on the subjects of Bullying, Domestic Violence, Financial Literacy, and Cultural Tolerance. This platform provides the troop an artistic outlet to combat these issues while helping other young adults in the community develop coping mechanisms. Subject Matter Experts and therapists lead groups to address topics in a professional manner and provide coping tools.
KID-PRENEUR LEADERSHIP ACADEMY – KIDZ TOWN
The space will be open evenings and weekends during the school year and all day for summer and school holidays.
The space will also be available by reservation for Homeschool Groups, and events such as birthday parties.
FUTURE LEADERS & ENTREPRENEURS BUSINESS INCUBATOR
Serve youth nationally and internationally age 16-24
Our 4 week startup workshop provides entrepreneur classes to teach high school students how to turn invention ideas and designs into businesses.
Businesses are developed by groups and are incubated at the center as they grow. Each group will develop a business plan and a Pitch Deck which they will present to a group of community leaders. While developing the business, the group members will be matched with local business owners for internships/mentorships.
STEAM CAPACITY BUILDING & COLLEGE PREPARATION
We offer kids & teens (elementary, middle-school and high-school students) unique opportunities to learn about STEAM & Entrepreneurship from the Experts! Robotics, Engineering, Computer Programming, Space, Medicine, and Entrepreneurship. Our afterschool program includes specialized STEAM workshops and STEAM classes, with STEAM speakers, activities and projects.
S.T.E.A.M: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (S.T.E.M.) occupations are in high demand and continue to be fastest growing within the 21st-century workforce across the U.S. economy (B.L.S., 2019. And yet, despite comprising27% of the U.S. population, only 11% of science and engineering jobs are held by Black, Latinx, and Native American workers (N.S.F., 2019).
DIGITAL SATURDAYS
The Digital Saturdays Program provides professional development training to youth 15 to 24 and social media marketing content for small businesses. The Digital Saturday’s program combats two of the adverse outcomes of COVID 19. First, the program provides technical training to help youth find jobs and two, it counteracts the negative impact of social media by showing young adults how to use social media in a realistic and positive way to change the socio economic conditions of their families.
“LET’S TALK SPORTS & BUSINESS”
Palm Beach County produces a number of highly sought after young athletes each year. The “Let’s Talk Sports and Business” provides athletes and their parents direct access to professional athletes who will mentor and share the pitfalls that could potentially derail a young athlete’s career. They also discuss how they established businesses while engaged as professional athletes.
The Art of the Golf Deal for Future Female Professionals and Business owners is a program dedicated to teaching young women golf. The ladies are exposed to female golf professionals and mentored by current local women who plays golf as a hobby and as a networking opportunity.

GBDCEI carries out its mission by providing afterschool, summer camp, out-of-school time, and ART for Social Change programs to underserve and academically at-risk children, (8-16) teens and young adults (16-24 ) living in south Palm Beach County, Florida. It’s Kid-prenure Leadership Academy (8-15), Theatrical Motion Performance Troupe (12-24), and Young Entrepreneurs Leadership (grades 16-24) programs center around four inter-related diverse and socially inclusive program components:
