Director of Programing & Community

This GBDC Entrepreneurship Institute Director of Programing and Community position is a pivotal role within our nonprofit organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the agency's professional communications, community outreach, event schedule and overall branding and marketing management.

This candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s communications, social media marketing accounts, community relationships and marketing strategy. In the role, this leader will be responsible for positioning the GBDCEI organization as a proactive catalyst for building community relationships encouraging positive change. They will be responsible for directing the development of all external communications tailored to a variety of targeted audiences including current and prospective donors, community and business leaders, volunteers, community advocates, elected officials and all media.

Bus Driver

Applicant must have a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) to apply for this position. 


  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have at least three years of driving experience.
  • Not eligible for a school bus license, if you have been:
    • convicted of driving while under the influence
    • convicted of certain criminal offenses

Facilitator Aid

The nonprofit facilitator aid applicant must be a self-starter, able to identifying opportunities and implement plans to execute into actions to achieve goals in a fast-paced work environment. We are looking for someone who has a professional positive attitude that can multitask with strong administrative computer skills and implement creative solutions on a daily basis to solve organizational challenges. They will need to assists with strategic planning, nonprofit board development, revenue planning, events, and meeting facilitation.
